Request Exchange or Return

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Kathelio purchase. If you need to exchange or return an item, please follow the process below.

How to Request an Exchange or Return

Step 1: Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing us with your order number and reason for return/exchange.

Step 2: Wait for our team to review your request and provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number.

Step 3: Pack your item(s) securely in the original packaging, including all tags and labels.

Step 4: Ship the item(s) back to the address provided in our return instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Step 5: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.

Exchange Policy

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please indicate this in your initial contact with us. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Important Notes

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
• Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Sale and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged
